    Irresistible Strawberry Swirl Cake Roll Recipe for a Sweet Treat

    Ingredients:
    – 3 large eggs
    – 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
    – 1 teaspoon baking powder
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    – Powdered sugar, for dusting

    For the filling:
    – 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
    – 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1 cup (150g) fresh strawberries, diced

     

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan and line it with parchment paper.
    2. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl until pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes).
    3. Gradually fold the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt into the egg mixture.
    4. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.

    5. Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar, invert the cake onto the towel, peel off the paper, and roll the cake with the towel. Cool on a wire rack.
    6. Whip the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
    7. Unroll the cake, spread the cream over it, sprinkle with diced strawberries, and re-roll. Chill before serving.
    8. Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 12 minutes | Total Time: 27 minutes | Calories: 320 | Servings: 8
