    Directions:

    2. **Add Wet Ingredients:** Mix in the milk and vanilla extract.
    3. **Incorporate Dry Ingredients:** Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms.
    4. **Fold in Chocolate Chips:** Gently fold in the miniature chocolate chips.
