    These Honey Chicken Drumsticks & Fries are a perfect blend of sweet and savory, with crispy fries and sticky chicken glazed in a delicious honey sauce. The easy recipe makes it an ideal choice for a family dinner or casual gathering. Baked to perfection, the chicken drumsticks are golden and tender, while the fries come out crispy and flavorful.     Ingredients:

    For the Honey Chicken Drumsticks:

    8-10 chicken drumsticks

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1/4 cup honey

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    2 tablespoons ketchup

    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)

    Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Fries:

    4 large potatoes, cut into fries

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Prepare the Honey Chicken Drumsticks

    1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    2. Season the drumsticks: Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    3. Make the honey glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, minced garlic, and smoked paprika.

    4. Coat the drumsticks: Pour half of the honey glaze over the drumsticks, turning them to coat all sides. Reserve the remaining glaze for later.

    5. Bake the drumsticks: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then, brush the remaining honey glaze over the chicken drumsticks and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until golden, sticky, and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

    Step 2: Prepare the Fries

    1. Season the fries: In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

    2. Bake the fries: Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 400°F (200°C) alongside the chicken for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even browning.

    Step 3: Serve

    1. Garnish and serve: Remove the Honey Chicken Drumsticks from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve the drumsticks hot with the crispy fries on the side.
