High-Protein Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap

 

Looking for a low-carb, high-protein wrap that’s perfect for weight loss, meal prep, or a clean eating lifestyle? This Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap is packed with healthy fats, lean protein, and fiber to keep you full and energized!

 

Ingredients:

1 whole wheat or low-carb tortilla

1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained

½ ripe avocado, diced

1–2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1 cup chopped romaine or spinach

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard for extra flavor

 

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix tuna, avocado, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Add mustard or hot sauce for a flavor boost.

On a tortilla, layer greens, tuna-avocado mix, and egg slices.

Roll it up tightly, seam-side down.

Optional: toast in a skillet for a warm, crispy wrap!
