    2 cups dark chocolate chips (50% cocoa or higher for heart-healthy benefits)

    2 rounded tablespoons icing sugar

    2 cups whipping cream

    For the Chocolate Ganache Glaze:

    ¾ cup chocolate chips

    1 ½ tablespoons corn syrup

    3 tablespoons butter

    Additional Ingredients:

    2 pounds fresh strawberries (rich in antioxidants and vitamins)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Chocolate Cake:

    Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans, then line the bottoms with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

    Add Wet Ingredients: Incorporate the eggs, soured milk, coffee, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract into the dry mixture. Beat on medium speed until smooth.

    2. Make the Chocolate Whipped Cream Filling:
