    Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf Recipe

     

    This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf is a flavorful and comforting dish that’s perfect for dinner or meal prep. Made with juicy ground chicken, aromatic garlic, and rich parmesan, it’s both delicious and satisfying. The optional garlic butter glaze adds an extra layer of flavor that makes this loaf irresistible. Serve it with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a crisp salad for a complete meal. Easy to prepare, this recipe is sure to become a family favorite!

    Ingredients: (Serves 4–6)

    For the Chicken Loaf:

    500g ground chicken

    100g breadcrumbs

    50g grated parmesan

    2 large eggs

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 onion, finely chopped

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    1 tsp paprika

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    For the Optional Garlic Parmesan Glaze:

    50g grated parmesan

    2 tbsp melted butter

    1 garlic clove, minced

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions:

    1. Mix the Chicken Loaf Ingredients:

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, eggs, minced garlic, onion, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Blend until well combined.

    2. Shape the Chicken Loaf:

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a loaf pan.

    Shape the mixture into a loaf on the sheet or press it into the pan.

    3. Bake the Chicken Loaf:

    Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked (internal temperature of 75°C or 165°F).

    4. Optional Garlic Parmesan Glaze:

    Combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated parmesan, and parsley in a bowl.

    With 10 minutes of baking time left, brush the glaze generously over the loaf. Return to the oven to brown.

    5. Rest and Serve:

    Let the chicken loaf cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

    Serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.

    Recipe Variations:

    Add cayenne pepper for a spicy twist.

    Include Italian herbs like basil or oregano for extra flavor.

    Serve with marinara sauce for an Italian-inspired meal.
