    Garlic Chicken Fried Rice Recipe: Delicious and Easy

    Garlic Chicken Fried Rice Recipe: Delicious and Easy!

    Ingredients:
    – 2 cups of chilled, cooked white rice
    – 2 diced chicken breasts
    – 2 minced garlic cloves
    – 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
    – 2 beaten eggs
    – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    – 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – Optional: Chopped green onions for garnish

     

    Instructions:
    1. Heat Oil in Skillet: In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and minced garlic. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the garlic is fragrant.
    2. Scramble Eggs: Push the chicken to one side of the skillet. Add beaten eggs to the other side and scramble until fully cooked.
    3. Add Vegetables: Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender.
    4. Stir-Fry Rice: Add chilled rice to the skillet. Stir-fry, breaking up any clumps of rice.
    5. Season: Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated.
    6. Final Touches: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
    7. **Serve**: Serve hot and enjoy!
