Ingredients:
1 lb beef steak, cut into small cubes (sirloin or ribeye recommended for best flavor)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 lb pasta shells (or your favorite pasta shape)
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the steak bites: In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the creamy Parmesan sauce: In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
