2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fresh spinach
Salt and black pepper, to taste
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest for garnish
Instructions:
