    Garlic Butter Spinach Mushroom Ravioli

    Looking for a fast and flavorful pasta dish? This Mushroom Ravioli with Garlic Butter and Spinach is the ultimate 15-minute dinner recipe! Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s rich, cheesy, and full of garlicky goodness with fresh spinach. Whether you’re using store-bought or homemade ravioli, this easy pasta recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

     

    Ingredients:

    1 (20 oz) package mushroom ravioli (store-bought or homemade)

    2 tbsp olive oil

    2 tbsp unsalted butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    4 cups fresh spinach

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes, lemon zest for garnish

     

    Instructions:

    Boil the Ravioli
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the mushroom ravioli until al dente, following the package directions. Drain and set aside.
    Cook time: 5–7 minutes

    Sauté Garlic
    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    Cook time: 1 minute

    Add Spinach
    Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook time: 2–3 minutes

    Combine & Toss
    Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat everything in the buttery garlic spinach sauce.
    Tossing time: 1–2 minutes

    Finish & Serve
    Top with grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes, and lemon zest if desired. Serve immediately!
    Final touch: 1 minute

     

    Servings: 3–4
    Total Time: 15 minutes
