    Ingredients:

    2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed

    4 cups beef broth

    4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced

    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

    1 medium onion, chopped

    2 celery stalks, sliced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tbsp tomato paste

    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

    1 tsp dried thyme

    1 tsp dried rosemary

    2 bay leaves

    1 tsp paprika

    Salt and pepper to taste

    3 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)

    2 tbsp olive oil (for browning meat)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Beef:

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Season beef cubes with salt and pepper, then brown on all sides for added flavor.

    Transfer the beef to your Crockpot.

    2. Add Vegetables and Seasoning:

    Layer carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, and garlic on top of the beef.

    Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, and paprika.

    3. Pour in the Broth:

    Pour beef broth over the ingredients, ensuring everything is submerged.

    Stir to combine.

    4. Cook to Perfection:

    Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
