    Delicious Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf with Melted Swiss Cheese

    Enjoy a savory and satisfying twist on classic meatloaf with our Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf with Melted Swiss Cheese. Slow-cooked to perfection and infused with rich French onion flavors, this meatloaf is topped with gooey Swiss cheese, making it the perfect comfort food for a cozy evening.

    Ingredients:
    – 1 lb ground beef
    – 1 onion, chopped
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup French onion soup mix
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    – 1 teaspoon dried thyme
    – Salt and pepper, to taste
    – 1 cup Swiss cheese, sliced

    Instructions:
    1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, French onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

    2. Form the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot.
    3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
    4. Top the meatloaf with sliced Swiss cheese and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
    5. Serve hot and enjoy!
