Ingredients:
For the Beef Marinade:
– 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
For the Stir-Fry:
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 4 cups broccoli florets
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
– 2 green onions, chopped
For the Sauce:
– 3 tablespoons soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1/4 cup beef broth or water
Directions:
Step 1: Marinate the Beef
1. In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
2. Toss the thinly sliced beef in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
1. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1/4 cup beef broth or water. Set aside.
Step 3: Stir-Fry the Vegetables
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add 4 cups broccoli florets, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 1 thinly sliced large carrot. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

4. Stir in the 2 chopped green onions.
