    Decadent Brownie Refrigerator Cake

    Rich, creamy, and irresistibly chocolatey! This no-bake Brownie Refrigerator Cake combines fudgy brownie cubes, smooth chocolate pudding, and fluffy whipped topping for a chilled dessert everyone will crave. Perfect for potlucks, holidays, or an easy make-ahead treat every bite melts in your mouth!

    Ingredients:

    For the Brownie Base:
    1 (18–20 oz) package fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box: eggs, oil, water)
    or 1 (9×13-inch) pan homemade brownies, cooled and cut into 1-inch cubes
    For the Chocolate Filling:
    1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
    2 cups cold whole milk
    1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed and divided
    (Optional) ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    For Garnish (optional):
    Chocolate shavings
    Mini chocolate chips
    Crushed brownie pieces

    Instructions:

     

    Prepare brownies according to package directions in a 9×13-inch pan. Allow to cool completely overnight is best, or chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours. Once firm, cut into 1-inch cubes.

    In a large bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thick. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping and vanilla extract (if using) until smooth and creamy. (Be sure to use instant pudding cook-and-serve won’t set without heat!)

    In a glass or clear 9×13-inch dish, spread a layer of brownie cubes along the bottom. Pour the pudding mixture evenly over the brownies, then spread with a spatula to cover.

    Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer, smoothing to the edges to seal.

    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours overnight for best flavor and texture.

    Garnish with chocolate shavings, mini chips, or extra brownie crumbles just before serving. Serve cold and savor the fudgy, creamy layers!
