Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 oz spaghetti, broken in half (uncooked)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
