    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 onion, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup French onion soup mix

    1 cup beef broth

    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

    1 tsp dried thyme

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1 cup Swiss cheese, sliced

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Meatloaf: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

    2. Shape and Slow Cook: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in your crockpot. Pour the beef broth around the meatloaf.

    3. Cook Low and Slow: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

    4. Add the Cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, top the meatloaf with sliced Swiss cheese and let it melt.
