    Crockpot Beef and Macaroni (Easy One-Pot Comfort Dinner)

    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 4 cups elbow macaroni
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Crockpot Instructions

    1. Brown the Ground Beef
      In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for 7–10 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess grease and transfer the beef to the crockpot.
    2. Build the Flavor Base
      Add the diced onion, minced garlic, water, bouillon cubes, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir well to combine.
    3. Slow Cook
      Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, allowing the flavors to fully develop.
    4. Add the Pasta
      About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the elbow macaroni. Cover and continue cooking until the pasta is tender but not overcooked.
    5. Finish with Cheese
      Remove the bay leaves, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
    6. Serve Immediately
      Serve hot for the best texture and flavor—this prevents the pasta from becoming mushy.
