Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Slice the beef into thin strips.
Slice the onion and bell peppers, and mince the garlic.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, sugar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Stir well to dissolve the cornstarch.
Step 3: Sear the Beef
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Quickly sear the beef strips until browned, then transfer to the crock pot.
Step 4: Assemble in the Crock Pot
