Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 eggs
3 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Chili powder, to taste
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Shrimp:
In a medium bowl, combine 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp black pepper. Add the shrimp and mix well. Let it marinate for 20 minutes to enhance flavor.
2. Prepare the Batter:
In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 3 tbsp cornstarch, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth.
3. Coat the Shrimp:
