Crispy Salmon Patties
Quick and easy crispy salmon patties made with canned salmon, fresh herbs, and golden breadcrumbs. Perfect for a healthy dinner or protein-packed lunch!
Ingredients:
1 can (14–15 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (use whole wheat for extra fiber)
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2–3 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine drained canned salmon, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Form the mixture into 4–6 small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry patties for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with tartar sauce, fresh lemon wedges, or a side salad for a complete meal.
