    3. Coat the Chicken

    Dip each piece into the egg mixture, then dredge in seasoned flour.

    4. Fry to Golden Perfection

    Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

    Internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

    5. Drain and Rest
