    Crispy Garlic Parmesan Lemon Pepper Wings Recipe

    Looking for the ultimate chicken wing recipe that’s crispy, buttery, and packed with zesty lemon pepper flavor? These Garlic Parmesan Lemon Pepper Wings are baked or air-fried to perfection, then tossed in a rich, cheesy garlic butter sauce. Whether you’re hosting game day, a summer BBQ, or craving a savory snack this easy wing recipe is a winner!

     

    Ingredients:

    12 chicken wings (drumettes or flats)

    2 tbsp olive oil

    Salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

    1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

    1 tsp garlic powder

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

    2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

     

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Prep the Wings
    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), or set your air fryer to the same temp.
    Pat wings dry using paper towels.
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning.
    Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat thoroughly.

    Step 2: Cook Until Crispy

    Oven Method: Place wings on a parchment-lined or wire-racked baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

    Air Fryer Method: Air fry wings for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.

    Step 3: Make the Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
    Melt butter in a small saucepan.
    Add Parmesan, lemon juice, and a pinch of garlic powder.
    Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Step 4: Toss and Coat
    Add hot wings to a large mixing bowl.
    Pour the garlic parmesan lemon butter over them and toss well to coat evenly.

    Step 5: Garnish & Serve
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley and an extra dash of lemon pepper.
    Serve immediately with your favorite dip or fresh veggie sticks!

    Pro Tip: For extra crunch, broil the wings for 2–3 minutes after saucing!
