    Crispy Chicken Fritters Recipe

    These Crispy Chicken Fritters are a crowd-pleasing dish that’s perfect for family dinners or quick snacks. Made with shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, and a blend of flavorful spices, they’re easy to prepare and packed with savory goodness. Fried to golden perfection, these fritters are irresistibly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce for a truly indulgent treat.     Ingredients:

    25 ounces of leftover shredded chicken or canned chicken.

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.

    1 large egg.

    1/8 teaspoon dried thyme.

    1/4 cup breadcrumbs.

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder.

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Cooking oil (enough to cover the bottom of your frying pan).

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Dijon mustard, egg, thyme, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.

    2. Shape the Fritters:
    Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into small patties or fritters.

    3. Heat the Oil:
    In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

    4. Cook the Fritters:
    Fry the fritters in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

    5. Drain & Serve:
    Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

    6. Serve Hot:
    Pair with your favorite dipping sauces, such as ranch, honey mustard, or spicy aioli, and enjoy while warm!
