    Crispy Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

     

    Crispy Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

     

    Looking for a deliciously cheesy snack that’s crispy on the outside and packed with savory broccoli goodness? These Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls are the perfect easy appetizer, party snack, or healthy side dish! No frying required just a golden, crunchy bite with melty cheddar and Parmesan in every bite.

    Ingredients:

    2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and finely chopped

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch!)

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 large egg, beaten

    1/2 tsp garlic powder

    1/2 tsp onion powder

    1/4 tsp salt

    1/4 tsp black pepper

    Instructions:

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    Mix it up! In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    Shape & Roll: Form the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
    Bake to perfection: Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
    Serve & Enjoy! Dip in your favorite sauce ranch, marinara, or honey mustard are all great choices!

    Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little spice!
    Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a different cheesy twist.
