    Creamy Velveeta Penne Pasta with Italian Beef Marinara

    This Creamy Velveeta Penne Pasta with Italian Beef Marinara is the perfect easy weeknight dinner rich, cheesy, hearty, and guaranteed to satisfy the whole family. Made with tender penne pasta, savory ground beef, and a velvety cheese sauce, it’s the ultimate comfort food pasta recipe.

    Ingredients:

    12 oz penne pasta
    1 lb ground beef
    1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
    8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Optional: chopped parsley or basil for garnish

    Directions:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
    Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper (optional), salt, and pepper.
    Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer on low for 5–7 minutes.
    Add the Velveeta cubes and stir until fully melted into a creamy sauce.
    Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat everything in the cheesy beef marinara.
    Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, cover, and let it melt 2–3 minutes.
    Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
    Garnish with parsley or basil and serve hot!
