    Creamy Tuscan Salmon Recipe with Spinach and Mushrooms

    1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for a smoky touch)

    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Salmon:

    Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika (if desired).

    Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Sear the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    2. Cook the Vegetables:

    In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

    Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender and golden.

    Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, stirring occasionally.

    3. Make the Creamy Sauce:

    Lower the heat to a simmer and pour in the heavy cream.

    Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.

    Return the seared salmon fillets to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the fish.
