Creamy Garlic Steak Pasta Shells

A rich and hearty steak and pasta recipe made with tender seared sirloin or ribeye, tossed in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. This easy weeknight dinner is ready in just 30 minutes and packed with comforting flavor!

 

Ingredients:

12 oz shell pasta

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ tsp smoked paprika

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup beef broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

 

Instructions:

1. Cook shell pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

2. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

7. Add cooked shell pasta and steak back to the skillet. Toss until everything is coated in the creamy garlic sauce.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
