Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
1 ½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak bites with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
Add Worcestershire sauce and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add Spinach & Steak:
Add fresh spinach to the sauce and cook until wilted.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
