    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

     

    Creamy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

     

    This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is the perfect low-carb side dish that’s rich, cheesy, and packed with flavor! Roasted to golden perfection and coated in a luscious garlic Parmesan sauce, it’s a crowd-pleaser for any meal.

    Ingredients:

    1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat and Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Season the Cauliflower:
    In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.

    3. Roast:
    Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the florets are golden brown and tender.

    4. Make the Sauce:
    While the cauliflower is roasting, heat the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy.

    5. Coat the Cauliflower:
    Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the garlic Parmesan sauce over the top. Toss gently to coat.

    6. Finish and Serve:
    Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to let the sauce blend with the cauliflower. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
