2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup light cream

2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
