2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
