    Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

    Looking for a luxurious seafood dinner? These Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails are oven-baked to perfection and smothered in a rich, buttery garlic sauce with a touch of lemon and cream. Perfect for special occasions or a romantic dinner, this easy lobster recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor in under 30 minutes!

     

    Ingredients:

    4 lobster tails (fresh or thawed)

    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1/2 tsp smoked paprika

    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for a spicy kick)

    1/2 tsp lemon zest

    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

    1/4 cup heavy cream

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Salt and black pepper to taste

     

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Prepare the lobster tails: Use kitchen shears to cut through the top shell down the center. Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell, leaving the base attached.

    3. Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment or foil.

    4. Mix the garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    5. Brush generously over the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.

    6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is white, opaque, and tender.

    7. In the last 2 minutes, pour the heavy cream over the tails and return to the oven until bubbly and creamy.

    8. Garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon before serving.

     

    Notes & Tips:

    For a crispy top, broil the lobster tails for 1–2 minutes at the end.

    Serve with garlic butter pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies for a complete gourmet meal.
