    Creamy & Delicious Homemade Pizza Recipe

    Looking for a homemade pizza recipe that’s rich, cheesy, and full of flavor? This creamy cheese pizza combines cream cheese, mozzarella, and ricotta for the ultimate indulgence. Topped with fresh spinach, juicy cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan, this easy homemade pizza is perfect for family pizza night!

    Ingredients:

    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
    3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Instructions:

    Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.

    Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir to form a dough, then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.

    Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).

    Make the creamy cheese topping: In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.

    Roll out the dough, transfer to a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.

    Spread creamy cheese mixture over the crust, then top with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan.

    Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

    Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

     

    Tips for the Best Homemade Pizza
    For a crispy crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.

    Add cooked chicken, pepperoni, or mushrooms for extra protein and flavor.

    Pair with a fresh side salad for a complete meal.
