Creamy Crockpot Cheesy Beef Pasta

Ingredients:
1 big block of Velveeta cheese (16 oz)
1 block of cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with chilies
2.25 pounds ground beef
1 box of bowtie noodles
Instructions:
1. Brown the Beef In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Mixture In the crockpot, combine the Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and Rotel Tomatoes with chilies. Stir to combine.
3. Add the Beef Add the cooked ground beef to the crockpot mixture and stir until well mixed.
4. Slow Cook Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheeses have melted and the sauce is creamy.
5. Cook the Pasta While the mixture is cooking, prepare the bowtie noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
