Creamy Crack Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium carrots, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
6 cups chicken broth (low-sodium optional)
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened & cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups egg noodles (or any noodle of choice)
1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked & crumbled
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Sauté the Vegetables:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Stir in garlic, carrots, and celery, cooking for another 3 minutes.
Add Broth & Chicken:
Pour in chicken broth, then add the shredded chicken. Bring to a gentle boil.
Incorporate Cream Cheese & Cheddar:
Reduce heat to low, then stir in cubed cream cheese until fully melted and smooth.
Add shredded cheddar, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
Cook the Noodles:

Mix in Turkey Bacon:
