    Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

     

    This Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta is the perfect one-pan meal for busy weeknights! With tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich, Parmesan-infused sauce, it’s a comforting dish that comes together in just 30 minutes. Perfectly seasoned and easy to make, this pasta recipe delivers restaurant-quality flavor at home. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and added freshness. Great for the whole family, it’s sure to be a weeknight favorite!

    Ingredients:

    8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works best)

    1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1 tbsp olive oil

    2 cups broccoli florets

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 cup heavy cream

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Cook Pasta and Broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

    Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Combine Everything: Return the pasta, broccoli, and cooked chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat everything evenly with the sauce. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

    Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot for a deliciously creamy chicken and broccoli pasta meal!

    Tips:

    For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or milk.

    Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
