Ingredients:

8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works best)

1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cups broccoli florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Cook Pasta and Broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, adding the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
