    Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce

     

    Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce is a creamy, indulgent dish perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings. Tender bowtie pasta is coated in a rich Alfredo sauce made with Parmesan and beef broth, then combined with savory ground beef for a hearty, flavorful meal. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s an easy and satisfying recipe that pairs well with garlic bread or a fresh salad. The gooey mozzarella topping adds the perfect cheesy finish. A comforting classic everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

    For the Pasta and Beef:

    1 lb ground beef

    12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

    2 tbsp olive oil

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    For the Alfredo Sauce:

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 cup beef broth

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Cook the Pasta:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente (follow package instructions). Drain and set aside.

    2. Cook the Beef:

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, cook until browned and fully crumbled, and season with salt and pepper. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Garlic:

    In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed. Sauté the minced garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

    4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

    Add heavy cream and beef broth to the skillet, stirring well. Bring the mixture to a simmer. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Stir in the Italian seasoning, and adjust with salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Combine:

    Return the cooked beef to the skillet, stirring to combine. Add the drained bowtie pasta, tossing to coat in the Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and stir until melted and gooey.

    6. Serve and Enjoy:

    Garnish with extra Parmesan, fresh parsley, or red pepper flakes for a little kick. Serve immediately and savor the creamy goodness!
