    Creamy Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Looking for a quick and creamy shrimp pasta recipe with bold flavor? This Creamy Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta brings together tender shrimp, spicy sriracha, and a rich garlic Parmesan cream sauce for a dish that’s both comforting and fiery. Perfect for busy weeknights, seafood lovers, or anyone who craves a restaurant-style meal at home!

    Ingredients:

8 oz linguine or spaghetti (or your favorite pasta)

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    2 tbsp olive oil

    ½ cup mayonnaise

    2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    ½ cup heavy cream

    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh cilantro or green onions, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the signature Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.

    3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

    4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    5. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and your Bang Bang sauce. Stir and simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and creamy.

    6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the spicy, creamy sauce.

    7. Return shrimp to the skillet and combine gently.

    8. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions, and serve hot!
