    Creamy Bang Bang Shrimp

    Ingredients:

    Shrimp
    1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
    ½ cup buttermilk
    ½ cup cornstarch
    ½ cup all-purpose flour
    Salt & black pepper, to taste
    Vegetable oil, for frying
    2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (garnish)
    Creamy Bang Bang Sauce
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
    1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to spice level)
    1 tbsp honey or sugar
    1 tsp rice vinegar or fresh lime juice

    Directions:

    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar until smooth and creamy. This signature bang bang sauce delivers the perfect balance of sweet heat and richness.

    Dip shrimp into buttermilk, then dredge in a mixture of cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper. This coating creates extra-crispy fried shrimp with a light, crunchy texture.

    Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry shrimp in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels for maximum crunch.
