    Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie

    A refreshingly creamy, tangy-sweet dessert that’s perfect for summer! This no-bake lemonade pie blends smooth cream cheese, zesty lemon pudding, and lemonade concentrate in a buttery graham cracker crust. It’s the ultimate easy dessert recipe for picnics, parties, or a cool treat anytime!

    Ingredients:

    For the Creamy Lemonade Pie Filling:

    – 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
    – 1 (3.4 oz) box instant lemon pudding mix
    – 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
    – ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate

    For the Homemade Graham Cracker Crust:

    – 2 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
    – ⅓ cup sugar
    – ⅔ cup melted butter
    (or 1 pre-made 9-inch graham cracker crust for a no-bake shortcut!)

    Instructions:

    1. Make the Graham Cracker Crust:
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate, covering the sides.
    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, then let cool completely.
    (Skip this step if using a store-bought crust.)

    2. Prepare the Lemonade Cream Filling:
    In a small bowl, whisk evaporated milk with lemon pudding mix until thick (about 2 minutes).
    In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
    Gradually add lemonade concentrate and the pudding mixture until creamy and well blended.

    3. Assemble the Pie:
    Spoon the lemon cream mixture into the cooled crust. Smooth the top evenly.

    4. Chill & Serve:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.
    Slice and serve chilled for a creamy lemon dessert that melts in your mouth!
