    Corn Pudding recipe

This Corn Pudding recipe is a delightful blend of sweet corn and creamy custard, creating a comforting side dish perfect for any occasion. With its golden-brown crust and rich texture, it pairs beautifully with roasted meats or can stand alone as a satisfying treat. Easy to prepare and full of flavor, this dish is sure to become a family favorite. Serve it warm for a cozy, home-cooked experience.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 can (15 oz) of whole kernel corn, drained
    – 1 can (15 oz) of creamed corn
    – 1/2 cup of melted butter
    – 2 large eggs
    – 1 cup of sour cream
    – 1 package (8.5 oz) of cornbread mix (like Jiffy)
    – 1/4 cup of sugar (optional for extra sweetness)
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

    2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, melted butter, eggs, sour cream, cornbread mix, and sugar (if using). Stir until well combined.

    3. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste.

    4. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

    5. Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving. It pairs wonderfully with roasted meats, vegetables, or as part of a holiday meal.

Enjoy your Corn Pudding as a delicious, comforting side dish!
