Classic Southern Meatloaf with Sweet & Tangy Glaze

This Southern Meatloaf recipe is moist, flavorful, and topped with a rich sweet-and-tangy ketchup glaze that caramelizes beautifully as it bakes. Ingredients:
Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef (80/20 for best flavor and juiciness)
1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Sweet & Tangy Glaze
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, gently combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix just until combined do not overmix.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in the prepared pan or on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread remaining glaze on top.
Return to oven and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until fully cooked and caramelized.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy.
