CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH COCOA CREAM
Ingredients:
4 eggs
120 grams of sugar
80g of Greek yogurt
100g vegetable oil
175 g of flour
55g of cocoa
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 minute of sale
Cream:
400g of toasted cheese
100 g of Greek yogurt
55g of cocoa
250 g of light concentrate
Wet:
100 g of water
50 g of sugar
Ganache:
20 g of liqueur
100g of dark chocolate
40 grams of light
60g of beer
Indications:
1. Cake: in a ball, mix the eggs with the sugar, oil and yogurt. Separately, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and se. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture into a rectangular mold. Bake at 200 degrees over 12-15 minutes.
2. Cream: Mix the cream cheese with the yogurt, the cocoa and the light concentrate.
3. Wet: dissolve the sugar in the water.
4. Ganache: Melt the chocolate in the milk, the butter and the liqueur.
5. Now assemble the cake and serve it.
