Crunchy tortilla chips add the perfect texture, while melted cheddar cheese brings it all together. It’s easy to make and ideal for busy weeknights or potlucks. A delicious, crowd-pleasing dish that’s sure to become a family favorite!

    Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or turkey

    1 packet taco seasoning

1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

    1 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag (8 oz) tortilla chips, crushed

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

    Preparation:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey. Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning until well combined.

    3. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, Rotel, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.

    4. Layer the bottom of the baking dish with crushed tortilla chips. Spread the meat mixture over the chips, then pour the soup mixture on top.

    5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

    6. Garnish with chopped green onions (if desired) and serve hot.
