Loaded with taco-seasoned ground beef, refried beans, creamy cheese, and gooey melted Mexican cheese blend, it’s a crave-worthy baked dip that disappears in minutes. Whether you’re hosting a party, planning a tailgate, or just want something indulgent for the weekend, this cheesy layered dip hits the spot every time!

    Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or sausage

    1 packet taco seasoning

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

    8 oz cream cheese, softened

    ½ cup sour cream

    1 cup salsa

2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

    ½ tsp garlic powder

Chopped green onions or jalapeños for topping

    Tortilla chips, for serving

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
    3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, refried beans, salsa, and garlic powder until smooth.
    4. Stir in the seasoned beef, then spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
    5. Sprinkle the top with the shredded Mexican cheese blend.
    6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
    7. Top with chopped green onions or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
    8. Serve hot with crispy tortilla chips and enjoy!
