Ingredients:

500g ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and form into small meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the meatballs for 4–5 minutes, turning until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for about 2 minutes to create a rich, garlicky butter sauce.
  4. Return the meatballs to the pan. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese, then cover and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
