Ingredients:

2 slices of hearty bread

1 tbsp butter

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup canned corn, drained

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

1. Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper for a flavorful base.

2. Toast the Bread:
Butter one side of each bread slice. In a skillet over medium-low heat, toast the bread (buttered side down) until golden and crispy.

3. Assemble the Sandwich:
On one toasted slice (buttered side up), layer cooked beef, shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and corn. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.

4. Grill to Perfection:
Return to skillet and grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted to gooey perfection.
