Ingredients:

For the Deviled Eggs:
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (plus extra for garnish)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Cajun Shrimp Topping:
12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Place the eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice each egg in half lengthwise.

Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.

Toss shrimp in olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne, and garlic powder.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Drizzle with a touch of lemon juice.

Place one shrimp on top of each deviled egg.
Sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.
Drizzle lightly with melted butter or oil for a glossy finish.
