Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles (if desired), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
3. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a circle. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each circle.
4. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a bomb shape. Make sure to seal tightly to prevent the filling from escaping.
5. Place the filled dough bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each one with beaten egg for a golden, crispy crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the filling is fully cooked.
7. After baking, brush the bombs with melted butter for a flavorful finishing touch.
8. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping and garnish with chopped parsley for extra flair.
