    Transform the classic Big Mac into a portable delight with these Big Mac Wraps! Featuring juicy ground beef, crisp lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and a tangy homemade special sauce, these wraps are packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, they’re ready in just 25 minutes. Customize them with your favorite toppings like bacon or extra pickles for a personal touch. Enjoy a fun, easy-to-make meal that’s sure to be a family favorite!

    Ingredients:

    For the Special Sauce:

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles

    1 tablespoon yellow mustard

    1 teaspoon white vinegar

    1 teaspoon paprika

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon onion powder

    For the Wraps:

    1 pound lean ground beef

    1/2 cup finely chopped onion

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    4 large flour tortillas

    1 cup shredded lettuce

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Dill pickle slices (optional)

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Directions:

    1. Make the Special Sauce

    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

    Mix well until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld while you prepare the wraps.

    2. Cook the Beef

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened.

    Add ground beef, breaking it into crumbles. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned.

    Drain any excess grease and set aside.

    3. Assemble the Wraps

    Slightly warm the tortillas for easier folding.

    Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on each tortilla.

    Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and dill pickle slices (if using).

    4. Wrap and Serve

    Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap.

    Slice in half for presentation and serve immediately.
