Discover the ultimate Key Lime Pie Lush dessert, a perfect blend of creamy, tangy flavors ideal for summer gatherings or whenever you’re in the mood for a citrusy delight!

    Ingredients:

    – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    – 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup powdered sugar
    – 2 cups heavy whipping cream
    – 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    – 1/2 cup key lime juice
    – 1 tablespoon key lime zest
    – 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
    – 1 3/4 cups cold milk
    – Additional lime zest for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned, then let cool completely.

    2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

    3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly over the cooled crust.

    4. In another bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and key lime zest until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.

    5. Prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking together the instant pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl until thickened. Spread this over the key lime layer.

    6. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with additional lime zest. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
